磁热疗是一种相对新的理念和癌症治疗手段。现在有两种治疗方法正在测试。在肿瘤组织内注射纳米颗粒,加热至42-45C,使肿瘤细胞消融,崩溃,出血。另一个方法是用温度相应的磁脂质体瞄准肿瘤组织。磁加引发化疗药物释放,通常配合核磁共振成像来观察肿瘤组织内脂质体的浓度。而且加热进一步提高药物在肿瘤组织血管内的渗透率,提高整体治疗疗效。
技术原理:
磁热疗手段已经吸引了世界范围的兴趣,首先被用于大学和药物研究实验室中,它利用交变电流产生交变磁场,利用磁性纳米颗粒在交变磁场中做无序运动从而产生热能。目前小动物测试已经取得了很大成功。最近,改进MSI自动系统的磁热的能量已经给研究者带来了新的机会。过去,所有的研究几乎都只针对小白鼠。现在MSI系统已经通过增加到120mm的线圈直径,可以提供更高的的磁热能。MSI自动系统正在推动其他创新 ,把磁热疗技术推向临床试验。

Magnetic hyperthermia is a relatively new concept and cancer treatment method. Two treatments are currently being tested. Nanoparticles are injected into the tumor tissue and heated to 42-45C to cause the tumor cells to ablate, collapse and bleed. Another method is to target the tumor tissue with magnetic liposomes corresponding to the temperature. Magnetism triggers the release of chemotherapeutic drugs, usually with MRI to observe the concentration of liposomes in tumor tissues. Moreover, heating further increases the penetration rate of the drug in the blood vessel of the tumor tissue and improves the overall therapeutic effect.
Technical principle:
Magnetic hyperthermia has attracted worldwide interest. It was first used in universities and pharmaceutical research laboratories. It uses alternating current to generate an alternating magnetic field, and uses magnetic nanoparticles to move disorderly in an alternating magnetic field to generate heat. . At present, small animal testing has achieved great success. Recently, improving the magneto-caloric energy of the MSI automatic system has brought new opportunities to researchers.
